Forum & Gallery Guidelines

Welcome to DigiScrapAddicts! We want to create a relaxed, friendly and open environment for all our members, so before you jump in, please take some time to read our forum guidelines.

While at DSA, we welcome you to discuss anything and everything related to digi scrappin'! We're all scrappers and we all wanna know what's new and exciting in the digital scrapbooking community! Seriously!! That's what this site is all about. So feel free to share your favorite products, your favorite designers, your favorite stores, your favorite layouts, etc....etc....etc. We do have some guidelines set up per forum category, so make sure you read the individual rules for each of the categories also. If you have any questions about anything (at all) or if you feel like there is a category we are missing (or just a category you'd like to see us add), please do not hesitate to contact us (via customer service)!! This is your site and we want it to be as user (scrapper) friendly as possible!!

We encourage our members to wear their blinkies with pride! We all love our "bling"! However, to minimize the load time on the forum pages, we ask you to limit your banners to no more than 4 images and the size to no more than 400 px x 50 px. You are more than welcome to (and in fact encouraged to) link your banners off-site!

Please refrain from using profane and obscene language and be courteous and respectful to your fellow members. We want everyone to feel welcome and accepted in our forums.

Regarding our layout gallery, we are all avid scrappers and LOVE seeing the latest and greatest in the digi scrappin' community. We encourage you to post all your layouts in our gallery. We would love for you link to the products so that after we "ooh" and "aah" over your gorgeous layouts, we can find all the great products you used in your layouts!. You may not post advertisements or product previews in our layout gallery. We do limit the number of layouts you can upload to no more than 10 per day.

Regarding our product gallery, you must purchase a designer subscription to be able to post your product previews in the product gallery. For more information on how to obtain a designer subscription, please see our subscription page. As a subscribed designer, you may post 4 products a day.

We have an incredible team of moderators keeping DSA a clean and safe environment and not much gets by them!! If the mods come across something that "breaks a rule", they'll take care of it for you and if possible, send you a little note just letting you know what happened and why. They're just doing their jobs (and doing them well!) So please, be nice to our mods... we love them! They're just making the site a fun, friendly environment for everyone! And if you ever have any questions about a post or comment, please grab one of them and they'll be more than happy to help you (or click on the cool little "exclamation point" button in the post and it'll send them a message to check it out)! They really are the best!!
