Beautiful kit! I would have to say the best thing that my hubby does for me is hand writes all of his cards and they are so sweet that they make me cry! He is a die hard romantic!

My SO and I are divorced, however, since he's still my best friend, I think I can play along....

The sweetest thing Gary did for me was throw the HUGEST surprise party for me when I turned 30. Words cannot even describe properly how I felt that day. He took me totally by surprise, which shocks me because I am always "in the know"..... What was the best moment about this day was that Gary was able to get my mother and father, who have been divorced and have not spoke to one another in 20 years, to BOTH be there. It was the first time I had seen them in the same room since I was a little girl and it was so overwhelming.

He had one of my friends flown in who I had not seen in 5 years.....he had a handful of my co-workers there....it was just so shocking how he arranged all of this without my even suspecting anything. It is not only the nicest thing, it's one of my most favorite memories.... I still get teary-eyed when I think about it sometimes!

since i don't have a SO, I'll go with the most random sweetest thing I remember ever being done for me. I was working accross the border in a small town in Mexico and we had a big job to get out so the all my people worked all night. At six the next morning when the truck was packed I had an hour drive back to the US where my apartment was, and one of the workers offered to let me go home with her and sleep at her house. Since most of the houses were about tiny I knew she would be giving up her bed for me. I politely declined, but thought it was such a sweet offer.

Beautiful kit!

My DH is always doing sweet things so it's hard to pick just one. But one of my favorite things he did was to plan a surprise birthday get-away for me a few years ago. He bought tickets for Amtrak (cuz I had said I'd always wanted to ride on one) and took me to San Luis Obispo for the weekend. We stayed in a nice hotel, ate out in a nice restaurant and visited Hearst Castle.
